OPTIMIZED TUNING
This is the most popular remap choice, offering the best of mix of power and economy in virtually all turbo diesel engines.
It is designed to de-restrict the engine and open the true torque and power range. Gain an extra gear with a smoother torque curve. It offers a better driving experience while returning an improved fuel consumption figure. Parameters are carefully managed to optimise best burn times and achieve optimum in-cylinder pressures. Exhaust gas temperatures are kept within manufacturers guide lines.
BESPOKE Tuning
This is individualised remapping to release the full potential of your engine. Bespoke maps can be installed on both petrol and diesel vehicles.
A consultation will ensue going through the specific needs of your vehicle; what it is used for. It is ideal in situations where extra power and torque are required-for instance moving extra heavy loads, running optimised acceleration, experiencing a wider torque window, or simply to enjoy your vehicle more.
Fuel Efficacy Tuning
This has been designed to return an improved economy in turbo diesel engines. By recalibrating the torque limits on the engine, at lower rpms you will benefit from additional performance plus improved economy. At higher rpms the software will encourage shifting up through the gearbox, to keep the engine running in its optimal window. This is a popular choice with large fleets where the extra mileage per gallon counts.
Diesel engine remapping can save you money on fuel every time you drive; normally remapping saves 8-15% (dependant on driving style) but with greatly enhanced driveability. An average of 10% saving soon mounts up. If you’re a commercial driver doing long mileages then the remap will pay for it very quickly, or if you tow/carry heavy loads, the benefits are quickly rewarded.
